Dream Vacation from the first moment on! Stay in a light-flooded house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and enjoy one of the best locations in the sought after Cape Coral, the Venice of Florida. Rosegarden is an exclusive residential area with several lakes and canals. The Villa Oleander is located on an idyllic lake with crystal clear water. Watch fish and birds in their natural habitat. The garden is richly landscaped and planted with palm trees and other native trees and shrubs. Peace of mind is assured.
In the house you have all useful and entertaining equipment available. The kitchen is as well equipped as the washing and drying room. For your entertainment TV, radio and WLan / Internet are available. The house is spacious and offers both a breakfast area with four seats and a dining area with six seating areas. Two separate living areas make it possible to retire while other roommates watch TV. From the large bedroom you can go directly to the pool. The so-called master or owner's bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and two sinks. The toilet is separate. The two guest bedrooms share a guest bathroom.
The pool deck is partially covered, so you can eat outside even in strong sun. For this purpose, a dining table with six chairs is available. You can also barbecue your steak directly on the terrace. A direct hatch from the kitchen makes it easy for you to entertain your family and guests.
In a few minutes - possibly with the available bicycles - you are in a beautiful marina with restaurant and some small boutiques. Holiday feeling all around is guaranteed.

Another GREAT stay at the Villa Oleander. My wife and I have rented this house for the month of March in 3 of the last 4 years. Each year we like it more and more. The street has very few cars and is lined with sidewalks and huge palm trees making for a great area to walk or ride bikes.. The house included the use of two bicycles. Other pluses - it is walking distance to the Westin, Pelican Marina, and the Pinchers restaurant, making it very easy to get a quick bite to eat or just sit at the Nauti Mermaid to have a pop and look at the boats or watch the sun set. It was a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and heated pool, but the best of all is Ingrid; she is a very kind and caring Property Manager. Tom N.

Fantastic last 2 weeks of 2020 spent at Villa Oleander!
We loved the space and the light! Aside from that: kitchen appointed with all the small appliances, plenty of shared areas - furnished with tables/chairs/couches, south-facing pool and pool area, oversized master bedroom and master bathroom. Favorite way to unwind - listening the birds' trilling as we sipped our morning coffee on the patio. Very quiet location and quiet neighborhood otherwise.
Owner very professional and easy to do business with. We didn't have any issues needing to contact during our stay.
We'll look back with fondness; would definitely do it again!

Tom N at Villa Oleander
I hate to give this review for fear others will be renting the home when I want it and I'll have to look elsewhere for another great rental home. This is a great home to rent and the rental process is outstanding. The house is in a location away from traffic and it has streets with sidewalks and tall palm trees. The check-in process is quick and easy, plus the 3-ring notebook with cover letter containing pertinent information that will enhance your stay. If any concerns or issues arise, the Property Manager is always (always) available by phone and she is extremely quick to take action or immediately answers your questions. And, by the way, did I tell you that besides the large master bedroom, with a king size bed and extra large master bathroom, there are two other bedrooms and two living areas (family room and living room) that are adequately furnished making the house very comfortable for a short or long stay. But, for us Michiganders, the heated pool was the frosting on the cake. The pool water is clean, warm, and very enjoyable on the warm, sunny Florida Days. This was the second time my wife and I rented this house and I plan to be back in future years, along as you that are reading my review don't try to rent it during the same time of year that I want it. LOL

Traumurlaub in Cape Coral
Wir hatten zu viert (zwei befreundete Paare) einen herrlichen Weihnachtsurlaub in der Villa Oleander. Das Haus ist gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet, um sich sofort zuhause zu fühlen. Vor allem den warmen Pool haben wir täglich genossen und jeden Tag draußen gegrillt und zu Abend gegessen. Die Region "RoseGarden" gilt nicht umsonst zu den begehrtesten Wohngegenden in Cape Coral. Die ganze Straße war mit Weihnachtslichtern dekoriert und die Nachbarschaft wirkt extrem exklusiv. Zwar muss man zum Einkaufen mit dem Auto fahren, aber es sind nur wenige Minuten zu den wichtigsten Geschäften. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Perfect family vacation!
We loved the Villa Oleander. With 3 bedrooms it was perfect for our family. The spacious house with pool and outdoor dining (entirely screened in) complete with the lake view surrounded by tropical trees. Perfectly quiet. Never heard neighbors but a lot of birds. Pool was perfect temp. We started and ended every day outside on this lovely lanai. The house was very clean. The management was always very friendly. We never experienced any problems. Thank you so much for this opportunity to experience a lovely time away.
